Analysis of Survey Result Data Requirement BPS Mandailing Natal Regency 2023

The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) is a public institution that has the duty and responsibility of providing data and information in the field of statistics. BPS always strives to pay attention to satisfaction and quality of service to data users who are looking for statistical data. BPS always strives to provide better public services. Therefore, it is deemed necessary to identify the needs and level of satisfaction of data users through a Data Needs Survey (SKD).SKD has been implemented since 2005 and starting in 2014, the scope of SKD implementation was expanded to district/city BPS. The results of the 2023 SKD activities are presented in the form of a publication containing analysis of data user characteristics, analysis of data needs, and analysis of service unit performance. This analysis is complemented by presentation in the form of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) and the BPS Anti-Corruption Behavior Index (IPAK) for Mandailing Natal Regency.
